This practical workshop is designed for retailers who want to improve profitability, manage cashflow more confidently, and make stronger decisions in-store.

Led by Retail NZ, this session will help you understand the commercial DNA of a successful retail business and the key levers you can pull to improve performance. It will also create space to discuss real retail challenges, share what is happening on the ground, and explore practical solutions with others in the sector.

The focus is on giving retailers a clearer view of the numbers, systems and decisions that shape day-to-day performance, without making it overly complicated.

This workshop is part of the Free Capability Workshop series, supporting local businesses through winter and helping them prepare for the season ahead.
