Join us for the Kāpiti Wellbeing Collective Industry Meeting

KCDC's Visit Kāpiti and Business Kāpiti teams would like to invite you to join us for a conversation about the next phase of the Kāpiti Wellbeing Collective.

We have been working alongside an interim steering group of local wellbeing business owners to explore how the Collective can become more useful, credible and industry-led. The next step is to bring together selected wellbeing businesses, practitioners, operators and experiences to test the direction and help shape what comes next.

At the meeting, we’ll discuss:

  • the proposed structure for the Kāpiti Wellbeing Cluster, Collective and Committee

  • the role of the interim steering group

  • the potential value of Collective membership

  • how the wider wellbeing industry can be involved

  • the pathway toward an industry-led Committee

  • what businesses want and need from a future Collective

This is an important opportunity to make sure the next phase is shaped by the people and businesses it is designed to support. If you are part of Kāpiti’s wider wellbeing network, as a business, practitioner, operator, experience, retreat, studio or service provider, this conversation is for you.

We’d really value your voice in the conversation and hope you can join us.

About Wellbeing support in Kāpiti:

Kāpiti has a rich and growing wellbeing network, made up of local businesses, practitioners, experiences, retreats, studios and services that support people to live well in different ways.

From movement, recovery and therapeutic support, to nature-based experiences, nourishment, retreats and connection, wellbeing in Kāpiti is broad, local and deeply connected to place. The Kāpiti Wellbeing Collective brings this network together, helping make it easier for locals and visitors to discover the people, places and experiences that support wellbeing across the district.

Through Council’s Visit Kāpiti and Business Kāpiti channels, we are supporting the sector to reconnect, strengthen its shared identity, and explore how wellbeing can play a greater role in Kāpiti’s visitor economy and wider destination story.
