Want to turn good customer service into stronger sales?

This practical Retail NZ workshop is designed to help retailers better understand their customers, recognise sales opportunities, and build stronger customer engagement.

Moving from customer service to customer engagement can improve loyalty, increase repeat visits, generate referrals and support stronger sales. This session will focus on what customers notice, what they value, and how small changes in the way you engage can make a real difference in-store.

The focus is on practical sales and customer experience skills that can be used by business owners, managers and retail staff.

This workshop is part of the Free Capability Workshop series, supporting local businesses through winter and helping them prepare for the season ahead.
