Delivered by Star People in partnership with Kāpiti Business Chamber and Business Kāpiti, Challenging Conversations is a practical workshop for local business owners and managers who want to handle workplace conversations with more confidence, professionalism and empathy.
You’ll work through real-life workplace scenarios, learn practical communication techniques and explore ways to keep conversations clear, constructive and focused on positive outcomes. You’ll leave with tools, templates and skills you can use in your workplace straight away.

About Star People
