Across the region, many commercial kitchens (e.g. in cafes, restaurants, clubs, wedding venues, farms, council facilities) are available on a part-time basis or during off peak times. This is a directory of accessible kitchen spaces that food producers and caterers can book to use.
Food producers will need to ensure that they are registered under the Food Act 2014 and that the premises meet all resource consent and compliance requirements and are suitable for their operation.
